Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Retail Rack is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Retail Rack.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with Retail Rack. You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties in other countries to provide and improve the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You consent to jurisdiction in New Jersey courts.
