This Size & Fit Policy provides customers with clear guidance on how to choose the correct size, how sizing charts are determined, and how returns related to sizing are handled. It incorporates vendor-provided measurements, default fulfillment-partner sizing charts, and the official Retail Rack Refund & Return Policy.

Sizing Charts

What sizing charts does Retail Rack use?

Retail Rack uses official sizing charts provided directly by each product vendor. When a vendor does not supply a chart, the default sizing charts from our fulfillment partners are used. These charts include detailed measurements such as foot length, bust, waist, hip, and international size conversions.

Customers should always refer to the Size Guide displayed on each product page before placing an order.

Why do some items have different sizing charts?

Sizing varies by manufacturer, region, and product category. Shoes, dresses, tops, and accessories may all follow different measurement standards. Vendor-specific charts take priority, and fulfillment-partner charts are used only when no vendor chart is available.

Because of these differences, measurements may not align across brands, making it essential to review the chart for each item.

Do I need to check the size chart before ordering?

Yes. Always review the sizing chart before placing an order. Sizing can vary significantly between vendors, and checking the chart helps ensure the best fit. This is especially important because fit-based returns are not automatically eligible under the Retail Rack Refund & Return Policy.

Where can I find the sizing chart for a product?

Each product page includes a Size Guide section:

  • If the vendor provided a chart, it will appear there.
  • If not, the default fulfillment partner chart will be displayed.

Fulfillment-Partner Sizing Charts

Are the fulfillment-partner sizing charts accurate?

Yes. These charts are standardized and include detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters. They serve as the default when vendor charts are unavailable.

Examples include:

  • Women's Shoes: US 7 = 9.25″ foot length
  • Women's Dresses: US 4 = 32″ bust, 23″ waist
  • Junior Dresses: US 3 = 32.5″ bust, 25.5″ waist

What if my measurements fall between two sizes?

If your measurements fall between sizes, choosing the larger size is generally recommended for comfort. For shoes, compare both foot length and international conversions to find the closest match.

Do men's items follow the same charts?

Men's items follow vendor-specific charts when available. If none are provided, the default fulfillment partner charts apply.

What if a product doesn't show a sizing chart?

If a sizing chart is missing, it means the vendor did not supply one. In these cases, Retail Rack displays the default fulfillment-partner chart.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Fit-based returns are only available for eligible apparel categories under the Retail Rack Refund & Return Policy. Please review the eligibility categories below before reaching out.

Eligible for Store Credit Returns Within 14 Days from Delivery. For full return details, refer to the Retail Rack Refunds & Returns Policy before purchase.

  • Evening Dresses
  • Party Dresses
  • Woman's Jeans
  • Men's Business Attire

Clearance Rack and Seasonal & Event-Based merchandise are Final Sale and not eligible for fit-based or sizing returns.

All other categories are not eligible for fit or sizing returns except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, be in original packaging, and have original tags attached.
