Clearance Rack items are offered at exclusive, reduced pricing and are considered Final Sale. By purchasing from the Clearance Rack, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Domestic-Only Shipping

Clearance Rack items ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available for Clearance Rack purchases due to carrier limitations and fulfillment constraints from our Sparta, NJ facility.

1. Final Sale — No Returns, Exchanges, or Credits

   Clearance Rack items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. All purchases are final.

2. Sold As-Is

   Clearance Rack products are sold as-is. Items may originate from:

   • Customer RMAs that passed inspection
   • Restocked apparel or footwear
   • Items discounted due to vendor non-reimbursement
   • End-of-season or overstock inventory

   Each item is inspected for sellable condition before being listed.

3. Condition Disclosure

   Clearance Rack items may include:

   • Packaging imperfections
   • Minor handling wear
   • Non-hygiene apparel or footwear returned in acceptable condition

   All items are guaranteed authentic and functional, but may not be in “brand-new retail packaging.”

4. No RMA Eligibility

   Clearance Rack purchases do not qualify for RMA requests, store credit, or partial reimbursement.

5. Limited Quantities

   Clearance Rack inventory is limited and may sell out without restock. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
